Your numbers already know what's wrong. Make them say it.
I unify your Shopify, Amazon, ad and CRM data into one live system — then add an AI layer that ranks what's leaking by dollar impact and tells you what to do about it. Every week. Without anyone building a report.
Five tools. Five answers. One decision to make.
Every platform reports revenue its own way, so the number depends on who you ask. Meanwhile someone rebuilds the same spreadsheet every Monday and it's stale by Tuesday.
What I build.
Six services that stack. Most clients start with one and add the others once the data proves itself.
Data warehouse & pipelines
One clean model in BigQuery that every channel feeds into — the foundation everything else sits on.
- Automated pulls from every platform
- Blended, deduplicated, documented
- Historical backfill
Automated dashboards
Live reporting your whole team trusts, refreshed on schedule and delivered where you already work.
- Blended ROAS, CAC and LTV
- True contribution margin per SKU
- Email and Slack delivery
The AI insight layer
The part that makes it different: an AI analyst that reads your data and writes what changed and why.
- Weekly plain-English commentary
- Anomaly alerts ranked by impact
- Recommended actions with owners
Review & feedback intelligence
Your customers already told you what's wrong. AI reads every review and finds the pattern.
- Themes, sentiment, return drivers
- Competitor review comparison
- What's actually capping your rating
Analytics audits & fixes
When the numbers are wrong, everything built on them is wrong. I find out why.
- GA4 and tracking audits
- Attribution reconciliation
- Data-quality monitoring
White-label for agencies
Everything above, shipped under your brand across your client roster. I stay invisible.
- Per-client dashboards, your logo
- AI commentary written per account
- Built once, replicated cheaply
Things the old reports were hiding.
Every engagement follows the same pattern: the data already held a decision worth money. It just needed unifying and interpreting.
£77 → £46. Unified reporting exposed a channel converting far cheaper. Same budget, reallocated.
AI review analysis showed a brand's 1-star reviews traced to its subscription model — not the product.
Pipeline monitoring flagged a silent double-counting bug before it reached a single report.
Two kinds of people hire me.
Ecommerce brands
Shopify · Amazon · DTC
- You're doing real revenue but can't see true margin by product
- Stockouts, refund spikes and FBA gaps get noticed too late
- Ad decisions are made on platform-reported numbers
- Someone loses a day a week to reporting
Agencies & marketing teams
White-label · Multi-client
- Reporting day eats hours that should go to strategy
- Attribution never reconciles across GA4, Meta and Google
- Clients ask "why did CPL jump?" and answering takes an hour
- You want reporting that renews clients, under your own brand

Pricing depends on how many channels and how much depth you need — from a single-store setup to a multi-channel, multi-brand system. We'll scope it on the call.
Built on tools you already pay for.
The things people ask first.
If it's automated, why is it a retainer?
A dashboard is built once, but data feeds break silently — APIs change, tokens expire, platforms restructure. An unmaintained report doesn't error, it quietly starts showing wrong numbers. The retainer keeps it true, keeps it evolving as your business changes, and keeps someone on call who knows your data.
How long until it's live?
Two to four weeks from access to first delivered report. Week one is connecting sources and auditing where your numbers currently disagree — you'll see the first unified view within days.
What do you need from us?
Read-only API access to your platforms and a Google Cloud project (I'll set one up if you don't have one). No engineering time from your team.
Do we lose everything if we stop?
No. The warehouse, the data and the dashboards are in your own accounts and stay yours. There is no proprietary platform to be locked into.
Is our data secure?
Everything lives in your own cloud accounts, not mine. Access is read-only wherever possible, and I'm happy to sign an NDA before we start.
We already have dashboards. Why is this different?
Most dashboards show you what happened. The difference here is the interpretation layer — it tells you what changed, why, what it's worth, and what to do about it, ranked by dollar impact. That's what turns reporting into decisions.
What's the one number you least trust?
Bring it to a 15-minute call. I'll tell you what's likely causing it and whether it's worth fixing — no pitch, no obligation.
